COVID-19 Our Response

As the COVID-19 (coronavirus) outbreak continues to evolve, we can assure you that Dass Metal Products is doing everything we can to support you through this difficult time. Our number one priority is to keep our clients and employees safe.

We would like to be transparent about what we are doing as a corporation to guard our customers and employees. Our top priority remains, the health and safety of our employees and partners.

At this moment we also have a responsibility to support our communities, our health care providers and first responders who are on the frontlines of this pandemic and those vulnerable. To ensure that the health and safety of our employees and partners are not compromised, we will closely monitor and answer to this rapidly evolving situation as required.

Currently, we are suspending all non-critical business travel and events, as well as visits from others to our own facilities. In order to do our part and slow the spread of this virus. We have also directed all Dass Metal employees who are ready to work from home to try to do so. We are adding precautions to help you manage and run your business throughout this pandemic.

PLANT MANAGEMENT

Currently, we are continuing to work regular full shift schedules. Strict guidelines have been issued to our production staff. We have published signage for CDC symptoms to better educate our team and to continue the practice of social distancing in the plant. To further protect the health and safety of our employees Dass Metal is providing Gloves, Masks and Hand Sanitizers. Our purchasing team is in continuous contact with our raw material suppliers so that there are no delays in production and client orders.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

All clients’ calls and emails will be responded from our inside sales team working from home. Order emails must be sent to sales@dassmetal.com and calls must be placed to 905- 677-0456 or fax us at 905-678-6587.
